Make your vote count!

In celebration of a fantastic decade of racing, HRNSW is conducting a vote poll on the new HRNSW website www.hrnsw.com.au asking participants to select who they think deserves the coveted title of winner of the Decade Awards.

There are eight categories to vote on, each highlighting outstandning performers in that field in the last 10 years. To vote, simply go online to www.hrnsw.com.au and click on either the to vote tab or register in the top right hand side of the screen in the login area. Both are situated on the home page. Once registered, participants will be able to vote on all future polls and other polls in that month.

This month the other poll online is for the final round of the Nobel Pace Prize Nominees. The three final contenders are David White of Junee, Ashlee Siejka of Bathurst and Anthony Varga from Tamworth. The award is harness racing’s version of the Gold Logies. Voted by industry participants and harness racing enthusiasts, the winner reflects a person who is known around the traps as being a good sport, an interesting character within the industry and someone who breaths harness racing.

Voting closes 30 September for both polls. Get in and make your vote count. Both sets of awards will see winners announced at the 2010 Awards Night Saturday 9 October at Dockside Darling Harbour.
