SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT – PENRITH 13/09/2018

RACE 3 – TAB APP PACE - 2125 metres

Driver W Rixon (ALDEBARAN MACHA) was questioned in relation to the disappointing performance of the gelding which was beaten 165 metres. Mr Rixon explained that he could not offer any further comments in relation to the performance other than noting the veterinary findings, which indicated ALDEBARAN MACHA was lame in its offside hind leg. Driver W Rixon pleaded guilty to a charge under rule 43A (1) in that he failed to remain on course for 30 minutes after his final engagement and failed to attend the Stewards room as directed. Mr Rixon was fined $50.
