General – Prior to the all-clear being given Stewards reviewed the patrol footage of the start, and interviewed the Driver’s of OUR STELLA ROSE, BETTATHANAPOKEINDEYE NZ, GOOD TIME NEDRA, and SHOOBEES CHARM that were out of position at the start from their second row draws. The Driver’s questioned were of the opinion the mobile was travelling faster than normal and they were unable to fill their positions as a result. The Starter was of the view that the speed of the mobile during the score-up was consistent with the previous starts this evening. It was evident on the patrol footage that all runners were facing the mobile and moving forward as the mobile commenced the score-up. As Stewards were of the opinion that the patrol footage did not support the opinions of the Driver’s, all runners were declared starters and all-clear given on the judge’s numbers.
