GENERAL – Stewards delayed the all clear of this event to review an incident passing the 200 metres between MAJOR JELLIS NZ and LOORRIM LAKE.  After reviewing the Stewards patrol vision Stewards determined that although MAJOR JELLIS NZ had been improving to the inside of LOORRIM LAKE it had not established running at this point and approaching the 200 metres when LOORRIM LAKE was shifted down the track did tighten MAJOR JELLIS NZ.
