RACE 1 – SKY RACING ACTIVE  PACE – 1609 metres

 

MOONLIGHT CRUISER – Had a tendency to hang out rounding the final turn and broke stride when racing to the inside of LOCHART SHARD NZ which had a tendency to hang in. a warning was issued. Post race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.

WAR WESTERN - Pre race sample was take. Post-race sample was taken.

LOCHART SHARD NZ – had a tendency to race roughly and hang in at various stages of the event. A warning was issued.

ROBYN TAYLOR – checked upon entering the home straight on the final occasion.

SPOT ON – hampered upon entering the home straight on the final occasion.

COOINDALI – checked upon entering the home straight on the final occasion.

 

RACE 2 – MATES4HARNESS TWO YEAR OLD FILLIES MAIDEN PACE  – 1609 metres

 

ULTIMATE DIVA – Post-race samples was taken.

GET US A TINNY – Pre-race sample was taken.

LUCY STYLES – hampered rounding the final turn.

SYNCOPATED SHUFFLE – Hung in slightly rounding the final turn and locked wheels with VALDEZZ and was checked.

VALDEZZ – Checked after locking wheels rounding the final turn.

LASTING MEMORY- Was re-included in the mobile barrier draw.

FRANCOS DELIGHT – broke stride during the score up and was out of position as the start was effected. will continue to be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Following the running of the event heavy rain had commenced and due to the amount surface water on the track the running of race 3 was delayed. Following a further heavy shower and further rain forecasted for the afternoon the remainder of the meeting was abandoned due to the state of the track.
