RIOTERRA – Unable to secure clear running in the early stages of the home straight.

MY RUMOUR HAS IT NZ – Pre-race blood sample.

LAST CLANSMAN – Post-race swab sample.

DISTANT SUN – Became unbalanced and galloped under pressure passing the 150 metres for which a waring was issued.

FONDA RHONDA – Slow to begin.  Improved three wide from the 1100 metres until obtaining the position outside of the leader passing the 900 metres.  Raced roughly under pressure in the home straight on the final occasion.

PROHIBITED LOVE – Became unbalanced and galloped passing the 300 metres for which a warning was issued.

RACE 2 – BUBBA GUMP PEST CONTROL PACE - 1609 metres

MUSICSTAR – Became unbalanced and galloped during the score up and was out of position at the start and took no competitive part in the event for which a warning was issued.

I AM RAVISHING – Raced roughly for a short distance after the start before working forward to obtain the lead passing the 950 metres.  Stewards questioned driver C Hart in relation to the seemingly disappointing performance of the filly ($3.10) when failing to run on over the concluding stages to be beaten 31.2 metres and finished in sixth position.  Mr Hart explained that the filly was not comfortable throughout the event and felt that the filly may not have handled the shorter back up after racing at Penrith on 23 October 2025.  Mr Hart explained that leaving the 300 metres the filly hung in abruptly and contacted a number of marker pegs which is uncharacteristic of the filly when being known to hang out previously.  A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.  Stewards noted his comments.

RUBATEEKI – Raced roughly under pressure rounding the final turn.

DOUBLE NEEDS – Became unbalanced and galloped after the start for which a warning was issued.  Raced roughly rounding the final turn.

SHESTERKIN – Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1150 metres.

AGENTOFGOODINTENT – Checked leaving the 1400 metres when avoiding the galloping DOUBLE NEEDS

HEZA CASANOVA – Hampered leaving the 1400 metres when avoiding the galloping DOUBLE NEEDS.  Post-race swab sample.

THIS IS HEAVEN – Post-race swab sample.  Re-included into the mobile barrier draw.

RACE 3 – ALWAYS ALLCOTT PACE – 1609 metres

GOODTIME MIKI – Hampered rounding the final turn when being taken back behind the weakening KING COREY until to the 300 metres.

WHAT FOR – Pre-race blood sample.  Hampered behind the weakening KING COREY until the 300 metres.

BENTLY BULLET – Checked behind the weakening KING COREY rounding the final turn.

NEED FOUR SPEED – Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 900 metres.

KING COREY – Failed to run on over the concluding stages to be beaten 43.2 metres and finished in last position.  Driver C Geary explained that he had to work harder than he anticipated to cross BENTLY BULLET during the early stages and as a result felt this was detrimental to the gelding over the concluding stages.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities other than the gelding to be displaying a slow post-race recovery.

LETTUCE GO MIKI – Raced three wide in the early stages until working forward to obtain the position outside of the leader passing the 1000 metres.  Post-race swab sample.

RACE 4 – CONDELL PARK PRODUCE PACE – 1609 metres

SPECIALIZE LOU – Became unbalanced during the score up and was out of position at the start for which the gelding will now be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.

CONSORT NZ – Pre-race blood sample.  Trainer J Rattray was issued a reprimand under rule 41(1) for failing to have the gelding in the stabling area by the prescribed time when presenting the gelding to the stabling area approximately three minutes late.

CYNICAL – Post-race swab sample.

HYKEEPMEPOSTED – Hampered during the score up as a result of CYNICAL hanging in to its outside and as a result placed HYKEEPMEPOSTED in restricted room and did not allow the gelding to fulfill its position properly.  In view of the circumstances no direct action was taken.

JOHNNY TANG – Improved three wide from the 900 metres until obtaining the position outside of the leader passing the 600 metres.

MICHAEL CAINE NZ – Hung in during the middle stages of the score up and was out of position at the start for which the gelding will now be placed outside of the mobile barrier draw.  Unable to secure clear running in the early stages of the home straight and was not fully tested.

MAGIC MATTEO – Pre-race blood sample.  Hung in rounding the first turn.

EXPLOSIVE BRONSKI – Post-race swab sample.

RACE 6 – CORDINA CHICKEN FACTORY OUTLET LADYSHIP PACE – 1609 metres

ONYX SHARD NZ – worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1250 metres.

SWEET MAMA NZ – Pre-race blood sample.  Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1100 metres.

PRINCESS MICKAYLA – Post-race swab sample.

RACE 7 – PRYDE’S STAMINA PACE – 1609 metres

MATT GREGORS BOY – Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1200 metres.

FEAR THE PAIN NZ – Post-race swab sample.

LETS TURN IT ON – Checked leaving the 600 metres when being taken wider up the track when MISTER MANAGER improved between LETS TURN IT ON and RIVERA LOU when there was insufficient room to do so.

MISTER MANAGER – Pre-race blood sample.  Driver V Duncan was issued a reprimand under rule 168(1)(a) for careless driving in that approaching the 600 metres he has failed to make sufficient effort to prevent MISTER MANAGER from improving between LETS TURN IT ON and RIVERA LOU when having his hands too far back in the reins and not providing himself sufficient grip to restrain his horse and as a result MISTER MANAGER improved between LETS TURN IT ON and RIVERA LOU where there was insufficient room to do so resulting in LETS TURN IT ON being taken into a three wide position prior to the candy pole.

RACE 8 – HYLAND HARNESS COLOURS PACE – 1609 metres

SODOYAHAVTIME NZ – Hung in after the start and raced roughly for which a warning was issued.  Over raced throughout the event before giving ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 44.7 metres and finished in last position.

TITIAN RAIDER – Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1200 metres.  Checked when being taken back behind the weakening LIEUTENANT ARDEN NZ rounding the final turn and in the early stages of the home straight.

LIEUTENANT ARDEN NZ – Pre-race blood sample.  Caught racing three wide in the early stages until working forward to obtain the position outside of the leader leaving the 1200 metres and improving forward to the lead passing the 800 metres.  Driver C Hart was questioned in relation to the seemingly disappointing performance of the gelding when failing to run on over the concluding stages to be beaten 29.8 metres and finished in eighth position.  Mr Hart explained that he allowed the gelding to come out of the gate on its own terms and worked forward to obtain the position outside of the leader passing the 1200 metres.  Mr Hart explained that after finding that position he felt the front would be available and considering its most recent form. Mr Hart explained he had to work slightly harder than he anticipated to cross TITIAN RAIDER however when headed by MICHAYWEY shortly after entering the home straight the gelding did not race truly from that point and felt that the gelding was disappointing overall.  A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.

OUTSIDE FIGHTER – A pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted due to the gelding having competed in excess of 200 race starts.  No obvious abnormalities were detected on either examination.  Post-race swab sample.
