Plenty of buzz about Muscat's return

AFTER spending nine months out of the sulky, reinsman Michael Muscat made his race driving return at Parkes last Saturday night.

Muscat was involved in trackwork accident last August and was sidelined from driving after sustaining serious injuries.

Following his four drives back, Muscat failed to finish amongst the placings, however, will get his chance at Bathurst tonight.

Muscat will drive the well-fancied My Buzz Lightning in race one.

The son of Bettors Delight ran a personal best mile rate when winning at Bathurst three starts ago and rating 1:55.9 seconds.

As for Muscat, his last win as a driver was last July behind Son Of Dobby.

He has accumulated 347 wins in his driving career being a freelance to many top trainers.

Muscat is making a name for himself as a trainer, recently reaching his 150th winner and now has 154 wins to his credit.
