Turnbull clan set to dominate Bathurst

Champion Bathurst horseman Steve Turnbull has won most of the major features at his local track and he will be aiming to add another to his record tonight.

Turnbull prepares the favourite for tonight’s $100,000 TAB Regional Championship Western Final, Allstarzzz Frankie.
The gelding has had the perfect preparation leading into this feature, placing in his four starts this season.
Drawn inside the second row, Turnbull’s starter will be driven by his youngest son Mitch Turnbull.
Turnbull’s daughter, Amanda Turnbull, has qualified three starters in the lucrative final with Iam The Captain, Alta Billy and Racing Time.
Amanda Turnbull trained and drove last year’s winner, Lyrical Genius.
The horsewoman has been on a feature race haul this season as a driver winning both the Bathurst Gold Crown, Australian Pacing Gold and NSW Oaks.
