Young drivers hitting goals at Riverina Paceway

16 June 2023

Young Victorian reinswoman Grace Bilney continued her strong strike rate north of the border at Riverina Paceway last Tuesday.

The 21-year-old won with NSW-bred pacer Keayang Alex that has won his last three appearances at that track with Bilney in the sulky.
Bilney has won eight races in her succinct career with half of them obtained in NSW.
Meanwhile, racing resumes at Riverina Paceway today with heats of the NSW Bred series.
Local reinsman Peter McRae has five drives across the eight-race card, including in the two-year-old NSW Bred heat on the Ellen Bartley-trained Bolanalong.
McRae drove a double at that track on Tuesday night, pushing his record to 251 career wins and outdriving his concession claim.
