RACE 1 – AINSWORTH TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 METRES
KENNYS SON - Raced roughly under pressure over the concluding stages.
CEE ARE SEVEN - Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.
MARIA THERESA NZ - Became unbalanced and galloped during the score up, was out of position at the start and took no competitive part in the event for which a warning was issued.
MILITARY MERIT - Out of position at the start for which the horse will continue to be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.
RACE 2 – KING OF SWING STANDING AT COBBITTY EQUINE FARM TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 METRES
EWING - Pre-race blood sample.
ALPHA STRIDE - Became unbalanced and galloped during the score up on the first occasion hampering RACING EYES and ONE PINEVALE HILL. Became unbalanced and galloped in the score up on the second occasion and as a result was out of position at the start and took no competitive part in the event for which the gelding will now be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.
ONE PINEVALE HILL - Post-race swab sample.
ONAWINGANDAPRAYER - Became unbalanced and galloped after the start for which a warning was issued. Cast a plate passing the 1400 metres whilst in a gallop.
VALLEY STAR NZ - Unable to secure clear running in the early stages of the home straight.
VIKSUN - Pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted due to the mare having competed in excess of 200 race starts. No obvious abnormalities were detected on either examination.
RACE 3 – AGNES BANKS EQUINE VET TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 METRES
MACHO MAN - Post-race swab sample.
ITZFERGIETIME - Stewards questioned driver R Morris in relation to the performance of the mare when failing to run on over the concluding stages ($2.80) favourite to be beaten 17.1 metres and finished in six position. Mr Morris explained that after receiving a favourable first half he was disappointed in the performance of the mare over the concluding stages and explained that he felt this was due to the mare being first up since the 22nd of April 2025. Mr Morris added he expected the mare to take benefit from the run.

RACE 4 – CONDELL PARK PRODUCE PACE – 1609 METRES
THE REAL ROCKETMAN NZ - Unable to secure clear running in the latter stages of the home straight and was not fully tested.
ALL STAR MAGICIAN - Post-race swab sample.
MY GREAT EIGHT - Pre-race blood sample. Caught racing three wide in the early stages until working forward to obtain the position outside of the leader passing the 1100 metres.
REIGN MAKER - Driver J Douglas was fined $200 under Rule 156(2)(a) in that in the home straight on the final occasion he has applied his whip on number of occasions in more than a wrist only flicking motion.
RACE 5 – DAHUA COMMUNITY PACE – 1609 METRES
DOUBLE ACT - Pre-race blood sample. Unable to secure clear running the home straight on the final occasion was not fully tested.
GLIDING AWAY NZ - Stewards questioned driver C McDowell in relation to the performance of the gelding when failing to run on over the concluding stages to be beaten 36.8 metres and finished in last position. Mr McDowell explained that the gelding had been disappointing in its most recent starts and as a result connections will obtain blood samples for analysis. Mr McDowell will report back any abnormalities that are detected in these samples.
UNFAZED NZ - Improved three wide from the 800 metres to obtain the position outside of the leader passing the 600 metres. Post-race swab sample.
KANENA PROVLIMA - Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1000 metres.
RACE 6 – FARMER JOES A FAMILY BUSINESS PACE – 1609 METRES
RAKADEAKS NZ - Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.
MEMPHIS FURY - Unable to secure clear running the home straight on the final occasion was not fully tested.
JAMBEROO ARK - Became unbalanced and galloped shortly after the start which a warning was issued.
JOGALONG BLUE - Out of position at the start for which the gelding will continue to be placed outside the mobile barrier draw.
RACE 7 – IRT HORSE TRANSPORT LADYSHIP PACE – 1609 METRES
BETTINE - Unable to secure clear running in the early stages of home straight was not fully tested.
EE JAY WHY - Pre-race blood sample. Unable to secure clear running in the home straight on the final occasion was not fully tested.
BOLERO - Post-race swab sample,
NOTHINGBUTWAVES - Driver J Gallagher was fined $200 under Rule 156(2)(a) in that in the home straight on the final occasion he has applied his whip from 150 metres on a number of occasions in more than a wrist only flicking motion.
WEAREALLALONE - Unable to secure clear running in the latter stages of the home straight.
OUR FIRE AND DELIGHT NZ - Will now be re-included into the mobile barrier draw
RACE 8 – NATIONALTROTGUIDE.COM.AU PACE
CASH AND BLING - Stewards questioned driver D Binskin in relation to CASH AND BLING not taking a run when presented to the inside of NICK OF TIME NZ leaving the 300 metres. Mr Binskin explain that CASH AND BLING hung out significantly throughout the event and also whilst under pressure. Mr Binskin stated that as he attempted to shift CASH AND BLING down the track, the gelding resisted due to its racing manners and OUTSIDE FIGHTER was able to gain a run to his inside. Due to the tractability of CASH AND BLING he elected to then allow the gelding to shift wider on the track in an attempt to gain clear running. In view of the comments of driver D Binskin which were supported on the films no direct action was taken.
JILLIBY FABIO - Unable to secure clear running in the home straight on the final occasion and was not fully tested.
HUGO MAGUIRE NZ - Pre-race blood sample. Raced wide throughout the event. An inquiry into the driving tactics of driver J Meikle was adjourned to a date and time to be fixed. Post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.
SCARED STIFF NZ - Raced wide with the trail throughout the event.
