RACE 1 – BUBBA GUMP PEST CONTROL TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 METRES

YOUR MAJESTY - Broke shortly after the start and a warning was issued.

KENNYS SON – Broke clear of interference passing the 450 metres and a warning was issued.

IVANKA NZ – Post-race swab sample.

HARD ROCK ANGEL - Pre-race blood sample. Reincluded in the mobile barrier draw.

VULCAN STRIDE – Broke during the middle stages of the score up, veered in abruptly and was out of position at the start. VULCAN STRIDE will continue to be placed outside the draw in future mobile start events.

 

 

RACE 2 – AINSWORTH TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 METRES

WE CAN HAVE IT ALL – Broke during the score up, was out of position at the start and in view of the mare’s recent record WE CAN HAVE IT ALL will now be placed outside the draw in future mobile start events.

LIGHTNING MCQUEEN NZ – Broke clear of interference passing the 500 metres and in view of the mare’s recent record LIGHTNING MCQUEEN NZ will now be stood down from racing until trialling to the satisfaction of Stewards.

RETURN SERVE – Gave ground over the concluding stages to finish in last placing beaten 40 metres.

WITHDISTINCTION – Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

SLYX NZ – Hung in rounding the first turn and under pressure over the concluding stages.

 

RACE 5 – IRT PACE – 1609 METRES

CASH AND BLING - Pre-race blood sample.

TURBO TOMMY – Held up during the early part of the straight until gaining clear running passing the 50 metres.

ANGUS FINN NZ – Held up during the early part of the straight until gaining clear running inside the final 100 metres.

COASTAL DRIVE - Post-race swab sample.

 

 

RACE 6 – MULTIQUIP AGGREGATES PACE – 1609 METRES

TUAPEKA LOU - Pre-race blood sample.

DOUGAS FLAME – Post-race swab sample.

MARATHON MAN NZ – Held up inside the final 300 metres and as a result was not fully tested.

OUR UNCLE JIM - Held up inside the final 300 metres and as a result was not fully tested.

 

 

RACE 7 – NATIONAL TROTGUIDE.COM.AU PACE – 1609 METRES

PROMISING – Driver Will Rixon was questioned regarding the performance of the gelding which gave ground over the concluding stages to finish in 9^th placing beaten 40 metres ($5.50). Mr Rixon explained that PROMISING was under pressure a significant distance from the finish and in his view was very disappointing over the concluding stages. Post-race veterinary examination of PROMISING revealed the gelding to be displaying a delayed post-race recovery.
