RACE 1 – PRYDE’S RACING CUBE PACE – 1609 metres

ROYAL DIVISION – Post-race swab sample.

ALTA WILLIAM – Pre-race blood sample.  Broke stride during the middle stages of the score up.  After considering the recent record of the gelding, it was placed outside the mobile barrier draw.  Severely checked and broke stride passing the 350 metres as a result of FASHION ICON breaking stride and shifting up the track.

RAGING SEA – Severely checked and broke stride passing the 350 metres as a result of FASHION ICON breaking stride and shifting up the track.

FASHION ICON – Caught racing wide in the early stages of the event before working forward to the position outside the leader passing the 1100 metres.  Broke stride free of interference passing the 350 metres and shifted up the track severely checking ALTA WILLIAM, RAGING SEA and JORDY NZ causing ALTA WILLIAM and RAGING SEA to break stride.  After considering the recent record of the gelding, a warning was issued. 

JORDY NZ – Severely checked passing the 350 metres as a result of FASHION ICON breaking stride and shifting up the track.

CHICAGO BART – Hung out under pressure.

HUGO MAGUIRE NZ – Pre-race blood sample.  

RADADEAKS NZ – Caught racing wide in the early and middle stages of the event before working forward to the position outside the leader passing the 900 metres.

RACE 2 – BESTINBEDS.COM.AU PACE – 1609 metres

DOUGS PLATTER – Pre-race blood sample.  Trainer Kevin Pizzuto was fined $100 under Rule 210 for the late notification of Jye Coney as the driver of the gelding.

HORN PLAYER – Pre-race blood sample.  Caught racing wide in the early stages of the event before working forward to the position outside the leader passing the 1000 metres.

PETES SAID SO NZ – Examined prior to and following the running of this event as the gelding has competed in excess of 200 race starts.  The examinations failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities. 

MAX DELIGHT – Caught racing wide in the early stages of the event before working forward to position outside the lead passing the 1200 metres.  Worked forward to the lead passing the 700 metres.  Post-race swab sample.   

RACE 3 – AINSWORTH A-STAR PACE – 2300 metres

ROMANEE NZ – Pre-race blood sample.  Held up over the final 100 metres and not fully tested.

CRAFTMANS CHARLIE – Worked forward to the lead passing the 1900 metres.  Post-race swab sample.

ROCLEA IMAGE – Held up over the final 100 metres and not fully tested.

DOUBLE ACT – Pre-race blood sample.

RACE 4 – WARDS ACCOUNTING GROUP TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 metres

HOT TO TROT NZ – Broke stride during the score up and as a result was out of position at the start and took no competitive part in the event.  After considering the recent record of the gelding, a warning was issued.  Broke stride free of interference approaching the 1200 metres.  After considering the recent record of the gelding, it was stood down for a period of 10 days and until the completion of two requalifying trials.

ALDEBARAN ZEUS – Pre-race blood sample. 

IM BOBBY – Post-race swab sample.

SPEEDY LOVER – Pre-race blood sample.  Out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver Chris Geary.  After considering the recent record of the gelding, it will continue to be placed outside the mobile barrier draw.  Broke stride free of interference passing the 400 metres.  After considering the recent record of the gelding, a warning was issued.

RACE 5 – CLUB MENANGLE NORMS DAUGHTER STAKES (LISTED CLASSIC) – 1609 metres

ONYX SHARD NZ – Pre-race blood sample.  Driver Jett Turnbull was reprimanded under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for causing interference, in that approaching the 75 metres he continued to allow his runner to shift wider on the track which ultimately placed MY MOONLITE DREAM NZ in restricted room to the inside of WINDY HILL TARA.

ZENXENA – Pre-race blood sample.  Trainer Scott Hewitt was fined $100 under Rule 210 for the late notification of Brad Hewitt as the driver of the mare.

BELLA DANZA – Worked forward to the lead passing the 1200 metres.  Post-race swab sample.

MY MOONLITE DREAM NZ – Placed in restricted room passing the 75 metres when ONYX SHARD NZ shifted wider on the track.

RACE 6 – HARNESS BREEDERS NSW PINK DIAMOND STAKES – 1609 metres

AUNTIE LOU – Pre-race blood sample. 

PEACE OUT – Pre-race blood sample.

SHES A WARRAWEE – Worked forward to the lead passing the 1200 metres.  Post-race swab sample.

RACE 7 – MULTIQUIP AGGREGATES PACE – 1609 metres

ALTA MAGACIAN NZ – Pre-race blood sample.

LAMANDIER – Pre-race blood sample.

CLASSIC MISSION NZ – Worked forward to the lead passing the 1100 metres.  Post-race swab sample.

RACE 8 – AGNES BANKS EQUINE CLINIC PACE – 1609 metres

LUKE JOHN NZ – Pre-race blood sample.  Held up in the early stages of the home straight before gaining clear running passing the 200 metres.  Driver Robert Morris was reprimanded under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for causing interference, in that he permitted his runner to shift wider on the track passing the 250 metres and race inside the line of TOMAHAWK BART causing that runner to be inconvenienced and race roughly.

CAULONIA COURAGE – Post-race swab sample.

FLO RYDA NZ – Pre-race blood sample.

TOMAHAWK BART – Inconvenienced passing the 250 metres when LUKE JOHN NZ shifted wider on the track.
