RACE 1 – DOWNLOAD THE TAB APP TODAY PACE – 1740 metres

MASTER JUDE – Pre-race swab.

BRACKEN WARRIOR – Driver Tayla Osmond was remaindered of her obligations in applying the whip in a continuous manner.

MARIANNA BROMAC NZ – Post-race swab.

MILLWOOOD GRACE NZ – Held up during the early stages around the final turn prior obtaining clear running along the sprint lane.

CLASSIC BEESMACK – ($7.00) Trainer Jackson Painting was queried into the seemingly poor performance of the gelding which finished in 10^th and last position beaten 30.8m after leading. Mr Painting advised the gelding to be disappointing and had come to end of its preparation and would now be spelled. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding displaying a slow postrace recovery.

CATCH THE SHARK – Pre-race swab. Driver Brent Blythe was remaindered of his obligations in applying the whip in a continuous manner.

RACE 2 – NIXON ENGINEERING PACE – 1740 metres

USYK – Post-race swab.

VINCE LOMBARDI – Pre-race swab.

NOTHING FINER – ($10.00) Driver Cameron Hart was queried into the overall performance of the colt which finished in 8^th position beaten 22.4m. Mr Hart attributed the performance to the colt having sustain a three (3) wide run from the 700m in a quick final half of 55.3 seconds.

PAPENHUYZEN NZ – Held up over the latter stages of the event.

HAPPY TOO YA – Driver Roger Strong was fined the sum of $100 under AHR Rule 162(1)(j) for failing to maintain his position until the start was effected.

RACE 3– MEDOWIE LODGE 2YO PACE –1740 metres

BELIEVE IN DREAMS – Inconvenienced approaching the 1000m when the speed of the event eased sulky contacted.

SWEET NICKY –Broke gait shortly after the start was effected. A warning was issued against SWEET NICKY barrier manners. Checked and broke gait momentarily when contacting the sulky of BELIEVE IN DREAMS approaching the 1000m when speed of the event eased, shifted outwards and locked wheels with KRISSY.

KINGA DIAMONDS – Inconvenienced approaching the 1000m when the speed of the event eased. Yielded ground from the 400m to finish in 9^th position beaten 103.9m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding displaying a slow postrace recovery. KINGA DIAMONDS will now be stood down from racing until trialling to the satisfaction of stewards on one (1) occasion.

KRISSY – Checked and locked wheels with SWEET NICKY when the speed of the event eased and that runner shifting outwards.

ISLAND YANKEE – Pre-race swab & Post-race swab.

AMERIKIN RUNA – Hung outwards under pressure upon straightening.

PAPIER MACHE – Checked approaching the 1000m when the speed of the event eased. Back in the mobile draw.

RACE 4 – PREMIUM PUNTER PACE – 1740 metres

THIS TIME NZ – Post-race swab.

SHOULDBETWOBYTWO – Hung outwards despite the driver’s efforts during the middle stages of the event commenced to over raced and race ungenerously from the 1100m. 

LA CAVALLETTA – Pre-race swab.

SYENITE – Raced roughly entering the first turn. Back in the mobile draw.

RACE 5 – RANVET PACE – 1740 metres

KEAYANG SANTIAGO – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having not started in the preceding 12 months. Neither examination revealed any significant abnormalities.

MAGINOT LINE – Pre-race swab.

LOU WILL NZ – Post-race swab.

RENROW BOY – Inconvenienced & raced roughly momentarily passing the 1400m. Held up and failed to gain clear running for the entire length of the home straight. 

WITHDISTINCTION – Hung outwards under pressure upon straightening.

LIT THE WICK – Hung inwards under pressure upon straightening.

RACE 6 – RIVERINA CRANE SERVICES PACE – 1740 metre

FREDEE TEE – Hung outwards despite the driver’s efforts from the 650m. FREDEE TEE will now be placed on its last chance to race truly.

HEZ HARRYWHO – Inconvenienced approaching the 600m when FREDEE TEE hung outwards. Hung inwards under pressure round the final turn. Driver Matt Newberry was reminded of his obligations when applying the whip when out of contention.

OUR ROCKY – Pulled hard despite the driver’s efforts during the early stages of the event when being restrained.

KIMCANDO – Pre-race swab. Hung inwards under pressure upon straightening.

HEAVENS BADGIRL – Post-race swab.

RACE 7 – HRNSW GUARANTEED LADYSHIP PACE – 1740 metre

HARTNETT – Yielded ground from the 500m to finish in 9^th and last position beaten 53m.

PERSONIFIED – ($5.50) Trainer/driver Graham Looby was queried into the overall performance of the filly which finished in 7^th position beaten 28.7m after racing outside the leader for majority of the event. Mr Looby attributed the performance to the filly racing without cover in a quick first half of 57.1 seconds and the overall quick mile rate of 1.53.1 seconds.

RACE 8 – HYGAIN MITAVITE PACE – 1740 metre

General: Stewards intent to review all wagering in regards to this race.

OHOKA NICO NZ – Post-race swab.

MISTER REA – Hung outwards during the score up. Began badly as the start was effected and galloped for a considerable distance and was subsequently retired from the event. A warning was issued against the barrier manners of MISTER REA. Driver Ky Bloomfield reported one (1) of the hopple shortener pins released prematurely as the start was effected which was the main reason MISTER REA breaking gait. MISTER REA will now be stood down from racing until trialling to the satisfaction of stewards on one (1) occasion. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

RACE 9 – CATTLEWASH AT YIRRIBEE PACING STUD PACE – 1740 metre

ITZBUDDHA NZ – Post-race swab.

CLEAR LEFT NZ – Pre-race swab.

BUSINESS IN HEAVEN – Pre-race swab. Driver Ky Bloomfield was queried into the overall performance of the colt which finished in 9^th and last position beaten 17.1m. Mr Bloomfield advised the colt was unable to make ground in a quick final half of 55.8 seconds combined being forced wide off the track from the 500m. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
