RACE 1 – DOWNLOAD THE TAB APP TODAY PACE – 1740 metres

REDBANK HARRY - A pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted due to the gelding being 13 years of age and having competed in excess of 200 race starts. Both examinations failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities. Over raced throughout the event.

THATS THE ATTITUDE – Held up entering the home straight before gaining clear running at the 150 metres.

LOYOLA GOLF – Held up for clear running in the home straight and was not fully tested.

IM HARVEY SPECTRE NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 2 – YIRRIBEE PACING STUD PACE – 1740 metres

BIDGEE BABE – Out of position at the start and was slow to begin from the mobile. In view of the recent record of BIDGEE BABE it will now be excluded from the mobile barrier draw. Inconvenienced passing the 650 metres as a result of MILLIE FRANCIS NZ breaking gait.

REASON TO LAUGH – Approaching the 650 metres was severely checked and broke gait as a result of MILLIE FRANCIS NZ breaking gait.

CHARGING BULL – Passing the 650 metres was checked as a result of MILLIE FRANCIS NZ breaking gait. Driver Billy Neely was cautioned on his whip use over the concluding stages.

MILLIE FRANCIS NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Approaching the 650 metres hung out and broke gait and was retired from the event. As a result, MILLIE FRANCIS NZ will be required to perform one requalifying trial. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.

KEAYANG SANTIAGO – Passing the 950 metres raced roughly and broke ground for which a warning was issued. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.

QUCIKSHIFT GIRL – Inconvenienced after the start as a result of BIDGEE BABE being out of position. Checked passing the 650 metres as a result of MILLIE FRANCIS NZ breaking gait. Held up for clear running in the home straight and was not fully tested.

ALTA BAYAMO – Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 3 – LATHER UP STANDING @ WOODLANDS STUD PACE – 1740 metres

VICKEY AZZOLLINI – Hung out for which a warning was issued.

YANKEE BABE – Hung out after the start.

WONGALEA YANK – Post-race swab sample.

SET PLAY – Driver Amy Diebert was cautioned on her whip use in the early stages of the home straight.

GINGANING - Pre-race blood sample. Tired over the concluding stages to be beaten 55.3 metres. A warning was issued.

 

RACE 4 – THE KING – BETTORS DELIGHT - $600 MILLION IN EARNINGS PACE – 1740 metres

MIKI LOCH - Pre-race blood sample.

LA CAVALLETTA – Driver Jackson Painting was queried on the performance of LA CAVALLETTA. Mr Painting explained the gelding had been working well leading into the event and had improved in fitness being its 3^rd up run from a long spell and he expected a forward showing in today’s event. Post-race swab sample. Delayed post-race swab sample.

SANDERS – Commenced to tire from the 500 metres before locking wheels with TURBO JAY and was checked. Shortly after the finish line the gelding progressed onto the near side wheel of MISS ARDLETHAN and fell. A post-race veterinary examination of SANDERS revealed it to have superficial grazing to the offside shoulder and knee. Acting on veterinary advice, the gelding has been stood down for 14 days.

IM ALL BUSINESS – Out of position at the start for which a warning was issued.

JANIE BLUE – Out of position at the start and will continue to be placed outside the mobile barrier draw.

TURBO JAY – Approaching the 450 metres locked wheels and was checked with SANDERS which was giving ground at that time.

 

RACE 5 – SPEEDING SPUR STANDING AT WOODLANDS STUD PACE – 1740 metres

FARFELLA STRIDE – Post-race swab sample.

MILLWOOD GRACE NZ – Hung in throughout the event.

BRAEBEACH NZ – Hung in throughout the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a sore right eye. Veterinary treatment was required however no stand down penalty was imposed.

ESTHER RISING - Held up entering the home straight and in the home straight.

MARIANNA BROMAC NZ - Pre-race blood sample.

 

RACE 6 – SWEET LOU BOOK FULL 2025-26 LADYSHIP PACE – 1740 metres

IM PRINCESS NELLIE - Pre-race blood sample.

ART SPACE – Post-race swab sample.

MIRADOR LASS – Held up for clear running in the early stages of the home straight.

 

RACE 7 – WOODLANDS STUD – YOUR GENETIC EDGE PACE – 2270 metres

FEAR THE PAIN NZ - Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

SPECTA – Held up in the early stages of the home straight.

UNCLE JAY - A pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted due to the gelding being 13 years of age and having competed in excess of 200 race starts. Both examinations failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.

MAGINOT LINE – Driver Blake Micallef was fined $200 under Rule 156(2)(a) for using his whip with more than a wrist only flicking motion over the concluding stages.

 

RACE 8 – DOWNBYTHESEASIDE LEADING SIRE OF 2YO WINNERS IN 2025 PACE – 1740 metres

OUR REBEL YELL NZ – Post-race swab sample.

MESSERATI – Checked after the start as a result of JUST ROLLYOUROWN NZ breaking gait.

JUST ROLLYOUROWN NZ - Pre-race blood sample. Soon after the start was checked and broke as a result of RAGING SEA hanging in and took no competitive part in the event.

RAGING SEA – Hung in after the start causing JUST ROLLYOUROWN NZ to be checked and break gait. RAGING SEA was placed on its last chance in the mobile barrier draw.
