RACE 1 – TAB VENUE MODE PACE – 1980 metres
SPOOKY ART – Pre-race blood sample. Raced ungenerously during the early and middle stages. Post-race swab sample.
LORD JAYDO – Hung in when racing in restricted room inside the 400 metres and contacted marker pegs.
RACE 2 – KIDS DAY AT THE PACEWAY PACE – 1609 metres
MONTANA NIGHTS – Pre-race blood sample. Driver G Panella was reprimanded under AR 162(1)(www)(ii) for allowing the gelding to shift out under pressure inside the 100 metres resulting in hinderance to ALTIANO when the runners crossed the finish line. Post-race swab sample.
CAROLSDIAMOND – Hung out during the early stages of the score up.
IAMNOPET – When questioned in relation to the performance trainer/driver Mr T Ison explained, that the gelding failed to travel at any stage and despite his constant vigorous efforts was unresponsive. He said that if a racing program was to be continued it would be placed in similar class events at this venue. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
RACE 3 – GEMSTAR JUMPING CASTLES PACE – 1609 metres.
COUNTRY MAJOR – Trainer/driver Mr T Ison was cautioned in relation to the manner that he applied the whip over the concluding stages. Post-race swab sample.
RUM DELIGHT NZ – Passed required pre- and post-race veterinary examinations.
YOGI – Pre-race blood sample. When questioned in relation to the tactics adopted during the early stages driver B Hughes explained, that he intended to obtain a forward position after the start however after being trapped wide he was unable to improve around RUM DELIGHT NZ and when that runner began to steady to obtain cover he was inconvenienced and obliged to steady with it to the rear of the field. He said that he was unable to persue his early intentions due to BRAVE BONDI assuming the position outside the lead and travelling strongly when RUM DELIGHT NZ began to ease. He said that he shifted wider passing the winning post with a lap remaining and placed the gelding under pressure and after receiving an initial response it ran to the finish moderately.
SLINGSHOT – Passed required pre- and post-race veterinary examinations.
GALVARINO – Had to be checked for some distance and lost considerable ground inside the 500 metres when racing behind JUST TOMMY, when that runner weakened.
ZACHAROONI – Pre-race blood sample.
RACE 4 – D’LISH ON WHEELS ICREAM VAN PACE – 1609 metres
THUNDAMENTAL – Pre-race blood sample.
MAKE MINE BETTOR – Passed required pre- and post-race veterinary examinations.
MY ULTIMATE COSSIE – Pre-race blood sample.
RACE 5 – HRNSW GUARANTEED LADYSHIP PACE – 1609 metres.
LAZENA – Pre-race blood sample.
MAKE MINE IDEAL – Raced roughly for some distance on separate occasions. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the mare’s racing record.
MY LATIN LADY – Had to be checked rounding the turn after the start and raced roughly for a short distance when attempting to avoid MAKE MINE IDEAL.
DOUGS RULES – Post-race swab sample.
RACE 6 – TAMWORTH CLASSIC FIRE ENGINE CLUB PACE – 1980 metres
HEAVENLY TURBO – Pulled hard during the early and middles stages, then was held up racing in restricted room rounding the home turn and in the early part of the home straight.
HAVEUCHECKEDHIMOUT – Pre-race blood sample. Gave ground inside the 400 metres. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
BETTATHANMOZARELLA – Post-race swab sample.
MUSTANG MUSCLE – Raced roughly for a short distance rounding the turn after the start.
VERY NEEDY – Passed required pre- and post-race veterinary examinations.
RACE 7 – MINI TROTTERS PAT-THE-PONY PACE – 1980 metres
ULTIMATE EMPIRE – Post-race swab sample.
NEXT TO ME NZ – Hung out throughout and shifted wider under pressure in the home straight despite the efforts of its driver. Connections were advised that a warning for racing intractably would be placed on the gelding’s racing record.
TRALEE SNICKAS – Failed to obtain clear running at any stage in the home straight and went to the finish without being tested.
JOE BY THE SEASIDE NZ – Broke stride and galloped for some distance during the score up. Connections were advised that the gelding would now be placed outside the mobile barrier draw. Pulled hard during the early and middle stages.
THOMAS ROYAL – Failed to obtain clear running at any stage inside the 200 metres and went to the finish without being tested.
TINNY MAHONEY – Unable to obtain clear running at any stage inside the 200 metres and went to the finish without being tested.
BETTOR CHEER NZ – Pre-race blood sample.
AMERICAN WEREWOLF – Raced in restricted room rounding the home turn, then was held up in the early part of the home straight before being shifted in to be driven forward.
RACE 8 – FRANS FRESH FOOD VAN PACE – 1980 metres
KARALTA COURAGE – Broke stride during the score up and was out of position at the start. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the gelding’s racing record.

MCCRIKEY NZ – Pre-race blood sample.
RACE 9 – WELCOME NEW ARRIVAL – ANNABELLE LOUISE ISON PACE – 1609 metres
ASHLEYS BLUE CHIP – Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.
COSMIC FLYER – Driver J Coney was fined $50 under AR 162(1)(h) for failing to place her drive in position at the start. B Elder the driver of ROCKTAGONAL, was found guilty of a charge under AR 163(1)(a)(ii), stating that for some distance approaching and passing the winning post on the first occasion, he engaged COSMIC FLYER in a jostle which resulted in him obtaining a superior position to that runner and COSMIC FLYER having to relinquish the racing position that it had established prior to the winning post. B Elder’s licence to drive in races was suspended for a period of seven days to commence at midnight Saturday 11 October 2025 and expire on Sunday, 19 October 2025 on which day he may drive.
