RACE 1 – AINSWORTH PACE – 1609 metres

FRANCO TYSON – Unable to secure clear running at any stage of the home straight and was not fully tested.

VITE MONET – Approaching the 600 metres the near side lugging pole became detached.

SEVE NZ – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.

UNFAZED NZ – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.

BAINBRIDGE – Post-race swab samples were obtained.

TERRY NZ – Out of position at the start.  Driver J Coney was fined the sum of $100 under rule 162(1)(j) for failing to maintain his position behind the mobile barrier prior to the start.

 

RACE 2 – BESTINBEDS.COM.AU PACE – 1609 metres

LETS TURN IT ON – Had difficulty securing clear running until leaving the 100 metres.

TUKAHA – Unable to secure clear running at any stage of the home straight and was not fully tested.

MIKI COHEN NZ – Post-race swab samples were obtained.

FORCE FULL – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

MIKE ROSS NZ – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.

DUKES CHOICE – Unable to secure clear running at any stage of the home straight and was not fully tested.

 

RACE 3 – CANNIBAL STANDING AT COBBITTY EQUINE FARM PACE – 2300 metres

FIRE FOX NZ – Broke gait at the start.  A warning was issued.

MONTALBANO – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.  Dropped its off side knee boot during the event.

KINGMAN NZ – Post-race swab samples were obtained.

SWAYZEE – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

 

RACE 4 – CLUB MENANGLE WARATAH FINAL – 1609 metres

BULLETIN – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.

ARTEMIS MISSION – Led the event in the early stages and over raced significantly when attempting to relinquish the lead to MIKIBEQUICK between the 1200 metres and the 1000 metres.

MIKIBEQUICK – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.  Raced three wide in the early stages before working forward.  The gelding was inclined to hang in passing the 1200 metres and crossed to the lead leaving the 1000 metres.  Post-race swab samples were obtained.

KIMCANDO – Raced three wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader near the 1100 metres.

OHOKA NICO NZ – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

 

RACE 5 – CLUB MENANGLE FRITH LADYSHIP STAKES (LISTED CLASSIC) – 1609 metres

SHEZ SWEET LOUISE NZ – Driver I Ross pleaded guilty to a charge under rule 156(2)(a) for applying her whip to her runner in more than a wrist only flicking motion between the 300 metres and the 100 metres.  I Ross was fined the sum of $200.

OUR SAYDIE KAY – Disappointed for a run to the inside of BELLA DANZA near the 200 metres. The shifted out approaching the 100 metres and was unable to find clear running, subsequently held up for the remainder of the home straight.

THE ANSWER – Near the 100 metres had to be steadied away from OUR SAYDIE KAY which shifted out momentarily.

GOLDEN FIRE NZ – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

LUX AETERNA – Post-race swab samples were obtained.

SOHO AMERICANO – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

 

RACE 6 – WARDS ACCOUNTING GROUP PACE – 1609 metres

SAINT CRUSADER – Unable to secure clear running until obtaining a run to the inside of HUTA NZ near the 50 metres.

HUTA NZ – Inclined to hang in as it improved past JALANEEL to find the lead near the 1200 metres.  Post-race swab samples were obtained.

JALANEEL – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

FOXY DADA – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

TITIAN RAIDER – Raced three wide in the early stages before working forward to the position outside of the leader near the 1100 metres.

 

RACE 7 – TAB WE’RE ON PACE – 1609 metres

QUARTZITE – Hung out after the start.

GOLLY GEE FELLAS – Post-race swab samples were obtained.

HES A MEISTER NZ – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

DANGEROUS THREATS – Pre-race blood samples were obtained. 

 

RACE 8 – SUCCESS STUD – SPELLING HORSE SERVICES TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 metres

MACHO MAN – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.  Leaving the 400 metres was inclined to hang in under pressure and near the 350 metres became unbalanced and broke gait.  Connections were advised that MACHO MAN would now be stood down for a period of 10 days and until it can complete two satisfactory official trials.

PARISIAN ARTISTE – Post-race swab samples were obtained.

RAKERO BLAZE NZ – Pre-race blood samples were obtained.  Approaching the 300 metres was inclined to hang in under pressure.
