RACE 1 – GLEN MIA (ACT) SADDERLY PACE – 1770 metres

TEARIN UP THE SAND – Pre-race sample.

MAJOR HUSS – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having more than 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

TUFFASOLDBOOTS – Tightened and paced roughly leaving the back straight on the final occasion when SHEZA BETTOR GEM was allowed to shift inwards under driving.

EYEDIDNTLOSEIT – Post-race sample.

SHEZA BETTOR GEM – Re-included back in the mobile barrier draw. Driver J Turnbull was issued a reprimand for tightening the racing room of TUFFASOLDBOOTS leaving the back straight on the final occasion.

 

RACE 2 – LERIDA ESTATE WINERY PACE – 1770 metres

General – The start of this race was delayed owing to a gear adjustment on SAPPHIRENDIAMONDS.

ROCK AN ROWA – Galloped after the start and a warning was issued against the barrier manners of the gelding.

BOUND FOR TROUBLE - Driver H Ross was fined $50 under Rule 162(1)(h) for failing to have his drive in position during the score up and at the start.

JASPERSTIMETOSHINE – Post-race sample.

TWO BLUES BLING – Pre-race sample. Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to not having started in a race since September 2024. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

 

RACE 3 – OSCAR MEMORIALS PACE – 1770 metres

MICTON MOUSE – Held up for clear racing room rounding the final turn and in the early stages of the home straight.

FINANCIALLY STABLE – Post-race sample.

KOZACZYNSKI – Pre-race sample.

 

RACE 4 – RAGING BULL @ COOTAMUNDRA PACE – 1770 metres

CAMANCHI WARRIOR – Post-race sample.

UNCLE JAY – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding attaining the age of 13yrs & starting in excess of 200 starts. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

TROUBLE IN HEAVEN – Pre-race sample. Galloped in the early stages of the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was issued against the barrier manners of the mare. Galloped free of interference at the 1100m and a warning was issued against the racing manners.

FREASON – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to not having started in a race since August 2024. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities. Checked and held up for clear racing room in the run to the finish and never able to be fully tested.

ROCK STEADY – Re-included back in the mobile barrier draw.

 

RACE 5 – TAB.COM PACE – 2170 metres

ARK ALERT – Over-raced in the early and middle stages.

KICKATINALONGPONY – Post-race sample.

VIN NUMBER – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to not having started in a race since March 2024. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities. Over-raced during the early stages before improving three-wide during the middle stages.  

CORTEZ – Pre-race sample.

 

RACE 6 – LONSDALE AUTO ELECTRICS PACE – 1770 metres

ANGELIC ATTITUDE – Hung out racing around the first turn when racing along the peg line. Over-raced during the early and middle stages.

HEAVENS PLEASURE – Led the event before veering in racing down the back straight on the final occasion. Once racing inside the marker peg line was restrained to the rear of the field.  In assessing the racing manners of HEAVENS PLEASURE, connections were advised that the filly would be stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial. It was reported following the event that the filly sustained a flat near side tyre.

KERVONBEL – Pre-race sample. Hung in and paced roughly at various stages before tiring to be beaten 56m. In assessing the most previous racing history of the filly, connections were advised that KERVONBEL would be stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial.

FLY OVER STATES – Post-race sample.

RUSTY DANCER – Checked racing around the first turn when BLUFOX galloped. Galloped free of interference upon entering the home straight on the final occasion and a warning was issued. The head check bit in the mare became detached during the event.

BLUFOX – Paced roughly after the start and will continue to be placed outside the mobile barrier draw. Racing into the first turn when being restrained to a position closer to the marker pegs, began to over race and shortly after hung outwards. This resulted in BLUFOX racing up onto and contacting the near side sulky of FLY OVER STATES. Shortly after BLUFOX galloped and trailed the field for the remainder of the event. Connections were advised that BLUFOX would be stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial.

 

RACE 7 – IRON HORSE EQUINE TROTTERS MOBILE – 1770 metres

General – Prior to the declaration of All Clear the following betting deductions of 4c win and 5c place were announced due to the late scratching of VALLEY OF PEARLS at 9:46pm acting upon the Order of Stewards.

VALLEY OF PEARLS – Pre-race sample. Galloped and caused two false starts and was declared a late scratching at 9:46pm acting upon the Order of Stewards. Connections were advised that VALLEY OF PEARLS would be placed outside the mobile barrier draw and stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial.

JINAN – Galloped clear of interference during the event, however given the delay of two false starts, no action was taken against the racing manners of the filly.

THEBESTBOURBON – Post-race sample.

JACKIES GIFT – Galloped on two separate occasions clear of interference. In assessing the delay caused by two false starts, a warning was issued against the fillies racing manners.

DONNIE GAL – Galloped clear of interference during the event, however given the delay of two false starts, no action was taken against the racing manners of the filly.

MAJORETTE NZ – Galloped in the score up and was out of position at the start. MAJORETTE will continue to be placed outside the mobile barrier draw.
