RACE 1 – AGT SLOTS TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 metres
JACKIES GIFT – Broke gait in the latter stages of the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was issued.
EWING – Shortly after the start became unbalanced and broke gait. A warning was issued.
DOLLYS LAW – Leaving the 200 metres was inclined to hang out under pressure.
AFFAIRE DE COVER – Leaving the 200 metres was inconvenienced by DOLLYS LAW which hung out.
YOUR MAJESTY – Pre-race blood sample. Hung in during the score up and was out of position at the start. YOUR MAJESTY will continue to be excluded from the mobile barrier draw. Post-race swab sample.
RACE 2 – PERFECT STING STANDING AT COBBITTY EQUINE FARM TROTTERS MOBILE – 1609 metres
BERTINELLI – Broke gait in the early stages of the score up however was in position at the start. Approaching the 1400 metres became unbalanced and broke gait. BERTINELLI was placed on its last chance in the mobile barrier draw.
ORIA – Approaching the 50 metres hung out under pressure. Driver Z Fitzpatrick was issued a reprimand under rule 168(1)(a) for careless driving in that she failed to make sufficient effort to prevent ORIA from shifting ground, in particular Z Fitzpatrick continued to apply her whip as the filly shifted ground. Post-race swab sample.
HES A HAMMER – Broke gait at the start and will now be excluded from the mobile barrier draw.
LAST CLANSMAN – Broke gait at the start. A warning was issued.
VALLEYS STAR NZ – Pre-race blood sample.
RACE 3 – AGNES BANKS PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT PACE – 1609 metres
KISS ME MINI NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.
NEED ME SOME SUGAR – Approaching the 400 metres became unbalanced and broke gait. A warning was issued.
TRISTAR FOR CHRIS – Near the 400 metres had to be checked wider to avoid NEED ME SOME SUGAR.
HESAA LISTER – Approaching the 400 metres had to be checked away from NEED ME SOME SUGAR and shifted in.
SPECIALIZE LOU – Raced roughly throughout the event and near the 400 metres was checked and broke gait when racing behind NEED ME SOME SUGAR.
RACE 4 – DAHUA COMMUNITY PACE – 1609 metres
PLATINUMS BOY – Shortly after the start became unbalanced and broke gait. A warning was issued.
FINANCIALLY STABLE – Pre-race blood sample.
ROGERVALERIO LOMBO – inclined to shift out when placed under pressure over the concluding stages.
HALLOWEEN – Approaching the 1400 metres had to be steadied away from PLATINUMS BOY.

RACE 5 – FARMER JOES OUTLET PACE – 1609 metres
MICHAEL CAINE NZ – Unable to secure clear running until shifting wider approaching the 100 metres.
ALLORNOTHINGLEVI – Pre-race blood sample.
HEIDSIECK NZ – Post-race swab sample.
RACE 6 – PRYDE’S POWERPAK PACE – 1609 metres
IDEAL REDEMPTION – Post-race swab sample.
EXPLOSIVE BRONSKI – Passing the 600 metres was hampered by JOGALONG BLUE which commenced to give ground.
MISTER JONES NZ – Pre-race blood sample.
JOGALONG BLUE – Raced four wide approaching the 1200 metres before crossing to the position outside the leader approaching the 1100 metres. Leaving the 700 metres commenced to give ground and tired significantly over the concluding stages to be beaten 67 metres. Trainer/Driver T Williams explained that the gelding did not travel for him throughout. He added that the gelding had been successful in recent starts when driven in a similar manner. He said that it would be his intention to not drive the gelding in its future race starts as in his opinion JOGALONG BLUE does not perform as well when he is the driver. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. T Williams was advised JOGALONG BLUE must complete one satisfactory official trial for what was deemed to be an inconsistent and unsatisfactory performance.
RACE 7 – WOODLANDS STUD – WE SELL WINNERS PACE – 1609 metres
GIMME A REASON – Passing the 500 metres broke gait for a short distance. A warning was issued.
SWEET STRIKE – Caught wide in the early stages before being restrained to the rear of the field. Unable to secure clear running in the latter stages of the home straight and was not fully tested.
UNCLE TIGER – Passing the 500 metres was hampered by GIMME A REASON and had to shift in.
VALIENTE HANOVER – Pre-race blood samples. Leaving the 500 metres had to be checked wider to avoid GIMME A REASON which broke gait.
LENNETH – Post-race swab sample.
TIGER PRINCE – Pre-race blood sample. Unable to secure clear running until passing the 100 metres at which point TIGER PRINCE was shifted wider.
RACE 8 – CORDINA CHICKEN FARMS PACE – 1609 metres
JOHN MCLEAN NZ – Tired significantly over the concluding stages. Driver W Rixon was unable to provide an explanation for the gelding’s performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Connections were advised JOHN MCLEAN NZ would be stood down from racing for one satisfactory official trial for what was deemed to be an unsatisfactory performance.
ARGENT PEAK – Leaving the 500 metres was hampered by JOHN MCLEAN NZ as that runner gave ground.
CAPTAIN BLOOD – Driver B Portelli pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 156(2)(a) for applying his whip in more than a wrist only flicking motion to CAPTAIN BLOOD on multiple occasions between the 300 metres and the 100 metres. B Portelli was fined $200. Post-race swab sample.
WESTERN STYLE – Caught wide in the early stages before working forward leaving the 800 metres.
OUTSIDE FIGHTER – Pre-race blood sample. Underwent a pre and post-race veterinary examination as per HRNSW animal welfare guidelines due to the gelding having its 212th start. No abnormalities were detected.
