RACE 1 – STARDUST CIRCUS @ PENRITH SHOWGROUND FROM MAY 1 PACE – 1720 metres
BLACKJACK BART – Post-race swab sample.
FIRE FOX NZ – Pre-race blood sample.
DUTY OF CARE – Inclined to hang out throughout the event and leaving the 600 metres commenced to weaken and tired over the concluding stages. When questioned, Driver B McDonough was unable to provide an explanation for the gelding’s performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Connections were advised a warning would be issued.
RACE 2 – BINGO @ CLUB PACEWAY EVERY WEDNESDAY PACE – 1720 metres
ROCK ASSET – Pre-race blood sample.
NOTHINGBUTWAVES – Post-race swab sample.
EYEKNOW – Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
MAC THUNDER - Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
CHARLIES ACE NZ – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations as per HRNSW animal welfare guidelines. No abnormalities were detected on either examination.
RACE 3 – MARKETS @ PENRITH SHOWGROUND EVERY THURSDAY PACE – 1720 metres
MADAZALWAYS - Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations as per HRNSW animal welfare guidelines. No abnormalities were detected on either examination. Post-race swab sample.
PETES BIG JIM – Pre-race blood sample. Caught wide in the early stages before being restrained to the rear of the field near the 1400 metres. Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
TIGERLICIOUS - Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
CAPTAIN BLOOD – Had difficulty securing clear running until leaving the 100 metres.
ULTIMATE WEAPON NZ – Raced three wide in the early stages before crossing to the position outside the leader near the 1200 metres.
RACE 4 – MOTHERS DAY HIGH TEA @ CLUB PACEWAY BOOK NOW PACE – 1720 metres
WINGMAN LOU – Pre-race blood sample.
NICELY SPOKEN – Post-race swab sample.
FLO RYDA NZ - Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations as per HRNSW animal welfare guidelines. No abnormalities were detected on either examination.
RACE 5 – MAJOR OAK THEATRE RESTAURANT PACE – 1720 metres
PALATINO NZ – Passing the 200 metres, after already racing in limited room became further restricted for racing room when LIGHT ME UP NZ layed in and subsequently PALATINO NZ contacted marker pegs.
SMOKESCREEN – Approaching the 200 metres was inclined to lay in and contacted marker pegs.
LIGHT ME UP NZ – Post-race swab sample.
MR TEDDY NZ – Caught wide in the early stages before being restrained to the rear of the field near the 1000 metres.
HARLEEQUIN – Leaving the 400 metres shifted out and jostled with VAN BASTEN and shortly thereafter VAN BASTEN had to be checked wider and raced roughly. Driver B McDonough was issued a reprimand under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for causing interference.
VAN BASTEN – Leaving the 400 metres had to be checked wider and raced roughly when HARLEEQUIN shifted out. Broke its near side one leg spreader during the event.

RACE 6 – DOWNLOAD THE TAB APP TODAY 3YO PACE – 1720 metres
CENT FOR PLEASURE - When questioned regarding the performance of CENT FOR PLEASURE and its inability to maintain a position in the field, Driver B McDonough explained that the tempo of tonight’s event was faster than expected and his filly is still racing greenly and had a tendency to strike its knee. Furthermore, when the tempo increased in the third quarter he was unable to hold his ground. B McDonough was advised a warning would be placed on cent for pleasure for what was deemed to be an unsatisfactory performance.
CANTPLZA MALTEEZA – Sustained a flat offside sulky tyre leaving the 1100 metres. Subsequently the gelding was retired from the event near the 600 metres.
DEVIOUS MINDS – Improved 3 wide during the middle stages before crossing to the position outside the leader near the 900 metres. Post-race swab sample.
SOHO WASHINGTON – Pre-race blood sample. Improved three wide in the middle stages to obtain the lead near the 1100 metres.
RACE 7 – FISHO’S RAFFLES @ CLUB PACEWAY EVERY FRIDAY PACE – 1720 metres
PELIGROSO – Post-race swab sample.
BETTOR BE LUCKY - Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations as per HRNSW animal welfare guidelines. No abnormalities were detected on either examination.
HOT CRUSIE CONTROL – Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
CROWN MOJO – Leaving the 1600 metres became unbalanced and shortly after broke gait. In view of the gelding’s recent record, CROWN MOJO was stood down from racing until it can complete one satisfactory official trial.
RAINBOW TITAN – Pre-race blood sample. Unable to secure clear running at any stage in the home straight and was not fully tested.
RACE 8 – SKY RACING ACTIVE PACE – 1720 metres
JANELLE MAY – Broke gait during the score up and subsequently a false start was declared. A warning was issued. Gave ground over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
GO TESS GO – Approaching the 400 metres was hampered by JANELLE MAY which was giving ground.
NEED FOUR SPEED – Leaving the 200 metres shifted in under pressure placing SHES A TRUE BLING in restricted room.
GRANGE REASON – Hung in under pressure and was inclined to race roughly. The gelding gave ground over the concluding stages.
MEANT TO BE SLOY – Leaving the 200 metres was placed in restricted room and hampered when SHES A TRUE BLING was taken in by NEED FOUR SPEED.
DAVOLAS LEGACY NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.
SHES A TRUE BLING – Passing the 200 metres was placed in restricted room between NEED FOUR SPEED which shifted in and MEANT TO BE SLOY which was racing to its inside and subsequently SHES A TRUE BLING had to be steadied and placed awkwardly.
RACE 9 – TOOHEYS PACE – 1720 metres
TIGER EUPHEME – Post-race swab sample.
RIPSTONE SNORTER – Passing the 600 metres was inconvenienced by BEV THE GOAT NZ which hung out.
KAY JAY MIKI – Pre-race blood sample. Leaving the 600 metres had to be steadied off the back of RIPSTONE SNORTER which had been hampered by BEV THE GOAT NZ.
HELENS BOY – Unable to secure running in the latter stages of the home straight and was not fully tested.
BEV THE GOAT NZ – Passing the 600 metres was inclined to hang out and shifted wider causing RIPSTONE SNORTER to be inconvenienced.
ALLORNOTHINGLEVI – Unable to secure clear running until passing the 100 metres.
