RACE 1 – LLOWALONG FARMS WHERE CHAMPIONS ARE MADE PACE – 1730 metres

DILETTO – Declared a late scratching at 10:14am acting on veterinary advise.

DUFFY HOLLOW NZ – Post-race swab.

RIVERINA FLASH – Pre-race swab. Held up and failed to gain clear running over the latter stages of the event.

RACE 2 – HYNASH GROUP CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SPECIALISTS PACE – 1730 metres

BOHEMIAN BRAWLER – Post-race swab.

HELLO I TEA – Held up during the early stages of the home straight prior to obtaining clear running. No claims lodged.

DUN SPRUIKIN – Held up and failed to gain clear running for the entire length of the home straight.

TASBMIKI – Broke gait during the latter stages of the score up and was out of position when the start was effected. A warning was issued against the barrier manners of TASBMIKI.

DRIVE TO THE BEACH – Pre-race swab. Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in excess of 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any significant abnormalities.

RACE 3 – BLUEPRINT SIGNS PACE – 1730 metres

General: The start of this event was delayed one (1) minute due to Race 8 at Ascot thoroughbreds being behind there scheduled starting time.

Stewards delayed the All Clear to review the start to see if KRISTA BELLITA which was drawn inside the second row was denied a fair start when GIFTED BRIGADE which it was following was out of position when the start was effected. After viewing the available replays and hearing submissions from Blake Medlyn driver of KRISTA BELLITA. Stewards were satisfied KRISTA BELLITA albeit being inconvenienced slightly during the score up KRISTA BELLITA was not material effected due to GIFTED BRIGADE being out of position as KRISTA BELLITA was able to manoeuvre immediately away into the running line after the start was effected and was not placed at any disadvantaged. Therefore, stewards declared KRISTA BELLITA a starter and the All Clear was given on the judge’s placings.

GIFTED BRIGADE – Out of position when the start was effected. A warning was issued against the barrier manners of GIFTED BRIGADE.

BETTER BE SWIFT – ($26.00) Trainer/driver Mitch Turnbull was queried into the seemingly poor performance of the colt which yielded ground rapidly from the 600m after trailing the leader to finish in 10^th & last position beaten 105.1m. Mr Turnbull could offer no tangible explanation for the performance. BETTER BE SWIFT will now be stood down from racing until trialling to the satisfaction of stewards on one (1) occasion. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

BABLING BABLING – Inconvenienced shortly after the start when LADY OF HOPE broke gait and shifted inwards.

LADY OF HOPE – Broke gait shortly after the start was effected. A warning was issued against the barrier manners of LADY OF HOPE. A post-race veterinary examination failed to revel any abnormalities.

RED BULL BERNIE – Post-race swab.

KRISTA BELLITA – Inconvenienced in the score up & as the start was effected when GIFTED BRIGADE which it was drawn behind was out of position.

TIME TO DANCE NZ – Pre-race swab.

RACE 4– LITTLE WYCH PREMIUM SPELLING PACE – 2260 metres

SLYX NZ – ($7.50) Driver Lleyton Green was queried into the overall performance of the gelding which finished in 6^th position beaten 6.6m after trailing the leader throughout the event. Mr Green advised SLYX NZ failed to run out the longer distance, and it would be the stables intentions to limit SLYX NZ to the shorter course distances going forward.

SHAZADELE – Held up over the latter stages of the event.

MAMMALS GIRL – Pre-race swab.

POPS LEGACY – ($7.50) Trainer Brenden Sullivan was queried into the overall performance of the gelding which finished in 9^th position beaten 22.1m after racing outside the leader from the 1750m. Mr Sullivan attributed the performance to the gelding having not started since 11^th March 2026 six (6) weeks between starts and would derive benefit from the performance.

BETTORS HOPE– Broke gait during the score up and was significantly out of position when the start was effected. BETTORS HOPE took no competitive part in the event & will now be excluded from the barrier draw in future mobile start event. In taking this action stewards were mindful BETTORS HOPE was issued a warning two (2) starts prior for displaying similar barrier manners.

CARBAGANOOSH – Post-race swab.

RACE 5 – HAPPY 90^TH BIRTHDAY BARRY MAWHOOD PACE – 1730 metres

WHERES THE GOLD NZ – Post-race swab. No claims lodged.

FIRESTORM RED – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in excess of 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any significant abnormalities.

GRAYSON RED – Held up over the latter stages of the event.

REBOUNDER – Pre-race swab.

RACE 6 – KING OF SWING AT COBBITTY PACE – 1730 metres

REDEMPTION MISS – Dropped its offside shin & tendon boot passing the 1000m.

TENNESSEE KID – Post-race swab.

ROWLEY MINT – Pre-race swab. Out of position when the start was effected. ROWLEY MINT will now be excluded from the barrier draw in future mobile start events.

LLANFAIR ROCKY – Hung outwards during the score up inconveniencing BOPPER & STUDLEIGH TITANIUM. LLANFAIR ROCKY will now be placed on its last chance in the draw.

BOPPER – Inconvenienced during the score up when LLANFAIR ROCKY hung outwards.

STUDLEIGH TITANIUM – Inconvenienced during the score up when LLANFAIR ROCKY hung outwards causing STUDLEIGH TITANIUM to be out of position when the start was effected.

LITTLE ADELAIDE – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the mare having not started in the preceding 12 months. Neither examination revealed any significant abnormalities. Broke gait clear of interference passing the 700m. A warning was issued against the racing manners of LITTLE ADELAIDE. Back in mobile draw.

RACE 7 – BOWYER AND LIVERMORE 2YO PACE– 1730 metres

COMPLIMENTRY DRINK – Broke gait during the latter stages of the score up checking runners on the second row at the first attempt causing a false start. COMPLIMENTRY DRINK will now be excluded from the barrier draw in future mobile start events. COMPLIMENTRY DRINK broke gait passing the 1400m checking LUCKY JESS. COMPLIMENTRY DRINK will now be stood down from racing until trialling to the satisfaction of stewards on one (1) occasion. In taking this action in accordance with the HRNSW Horse Breaking Gait Guidelines Stewards were mindful COMPLIMENTRY DRINK had only had two (2) prior starts.  

MY SHIRAZ – Pre-race swab.

SURPRISE ARRIVAL – Inconvenienced passing the 1900m when MACHZINE MAHONEY shifted up the track.

LUCKY JESS – Checked passing the 1400m when COMPLIMENTRY DRINK broke gait and shifted outwards.

MACHZINE MAHONEY – Driver Jett Turnbull was issued a reprimand for shifting ground passing the 1900m which Inconvenienced SURPRISE ARRIVAL. Post-race swab.

NIGHT WITCH – Stewards refrained taking any action against NIGHT WITCH or driver Bailey McDonough for being out of position when the start was effected due to the false start at the first attempt.

LEXY BELLE – Stewards refrained taking any action against LEXY BELLE or driver Bernie Hewitt for being out of position when the start was effected due to the false start at the first attempt.

RACE 8 – TOWN AND COUNTRY RURAL SUPPLIES 2YO PACE – 1730 metres

AUNTY MEL – Tightened for racing room inside the final 50m when WALLABY WAY hung inwards under pressure.

HIGHWAY HENRY – Pre-race swab. Pre-raced warmed up.

OUR LOU – Broke gait clear of interference shortly after the start was effected. OUR LOU will now be excluded from the barrier draw in future mobile start events. In taking this action in accordance with the HRNSW Horse Breaking Gait Guidelines Stewards were mindful OUR LOU was having its first official start.

BORDENTOWN – Post-race swab.

STARBASE – Trainer Amanda Turnbull was fined the sum of $50 under AHR Rule 268A(1) for presenting the colt in gear which had not been correctly declared.

WALLABY WAY – Hung inwards under pressure inside the final 50m tightening the racing room of AUNTY MEL. A warning was issued against the racing manners of WALLABY WAY.

RACE 9 – THE TAB APP PACE – 1730 metres

BEYONDREASON – Slow out.

RIVIERE – Pre-race swab & Post-race swab.

MAJOR JEWEL – Pre-race swab.

SHAUN SHANNON – Pulled hard during the middle stages of the event.
