RACE 1 – YIRRIBEE PACING STUD PACE – 1740 metres
BIDGEE BABE – Slow to begin. Held up over the concluding stages of the event.
CARMEN ON BLING – Pre-race swab sampled.
ADIEU MIKENNIS - Pre-race swab sampled.
GEOFFREY BEE – Post-race swab sampled.
HANOVER SUNSHINE – Examined by the club veterinarian pre and post-race as it had not raced since September 2022 and was cleared of any significant abnormalities.
KALYPSO RAINBOW – Inconvenienced after the start due to BIDGEE BABE being slow to begin.
RACE 2 – DON INWOOD MEMORIAL – 1740 metres
LITTLE COOL - Pre-race swab sampled. Hung in rounding the first turn.
CRIMSON ROCK NZ – Post-race swab sampled.
GLAMORS SYMBOL - Examined by the club veterinarian pre and post-race as it is 12 years of age and has had over 200 race starts and was cleared of any significant abnormalities.
RACE 3 – TESS & JINGLES MCKENZIE MEMORIAL – 1740 metres
VINY JAY - Examined by the club veterinarian pre and post-race as it had not raced since March 2025 and was cleared of any significant abnormalities. Pre-race swab sampled.
CONSORT NZ – Trainer James Rattray was fined $50 under Rule 268A(1) for failing to lodge a gear notification for the gelding.
MIKI SING - Post-race swab sampled.
SET PLAY – Hung out under pressure over the concluding stages.
ABERCROMBIE ART – Tired over the concluding stages to be beaten by a considerable distance. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities. Connections were advised the gelding would be placed on its last chance to race truly.
RACE 4 – JUDITH & REBECCA RUTLAND MEMORIAL LADYSHIP – 1740 metres
ALABAMA LIONESS – Driver J Locke was queried regarding the below market expectations performance of the mare. He stated he was disappointed with it and added the mare travelled well until being placed under pressure leaving the 600 metres and did not respond to his driving from that point.
SECRETS KEPT – Post-race swab sampled.
HUNGRYFORLOVE – Examined by the veterinarian at the request of Trainer B Campbell who reported the mare had injured itself enroute to the course. Declared a late scratching at 6.15pm on veterinary advice as the mare had lacerations to its off hind leg. Stewards acting on veterinary advice, advised connections the mare would be stood down for a period of 14 days and they would be required to provide a Veterinary clearance prior to it resuming racing.
TILLY DEEVINNE – Inclined to over race in the early stages of the race and as a result was caught racing 3 wide from the start until near the 1200 metres. Hung in and contacted a number of marker pegs rounding the home turn for which a warning was issued. The filly was placed back in the draw for future mobile start races.
SNEAK A PEEK NZ – Checked from behind the tiring ALABAMA LIONESS approaching the 200 metres.
MIRADOR LASS – Pre-race swab sampled.
RACE 5 – ROBBIE JACK MEMORIAL – 1740 metres
SHEER VITALITY – Post-race swab sampled.
IDEAL DESIRE – Broke gait during the score up and was out of position at the start. Connections were advised the mare will continue to be placed outside the draw in future mobile start races.
OUR ROCKY - Pre-race swab sampled.
RACE 6 – GORDON MCRAE MEMORIAL 3YO – 1740 metres
WHEREYABINSKIPPIN – Pre-race swab sampled. Broke gait after the start, given it was the gelding’s first race start, connections were advised it will be placed outside the draw in future mobile start races.
MAXX – Post-race swab sampled.
MIKI ALMIGHTY – Broke gait after the start. Given it was just the gelding’s second race start, connections were advised it will be placed outside the draw in future mobile start races. Broke its crupper during the race and as a result was retired from the event near the 600 metres.
MADDIE – Tired over the concluding stages of the event.
BETTOR INTHE DARK – Broke gait during the score up and was out of position at the start, for which a warning was issued. Inconvenienced after the start when MIKI ALMIGHTY broke gait. Driver J Painting was fined $200 under Rule 156(7) for using his whip in a manner which resulted in his whip projecting outside the sulky rounding the home turn.
BLINGFORTHEGIRLS – Driver M McCaffery was cautioned for his whip action in the home straight.
MAJOR MAVERICK – Checked after the start when MIKI ALMIGHTY broke gait.
RACE 7 – TAB VENUE MODE PACE – 1740 metres
MILOLA ROCK - Pre-race swab sampled.
BEATS TRUE – Checked near the 1200 metres when SHEZAGLAMOURGIRL broke gait.
ROLLONART – Post-race swab sampled.
EMIKO – Checked near the 1200 metres when SHEZAGLAMOURGIRL broke gait.
SHEZAGLAMOURGIRL – Raced roughly near the 1400 metres. Broke gait free of interference near the 1200 metres for which a warning was issued. A post-race veterinary examination of the filly failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.
RACE 8 – THANK YOU NUTRIEN PACE – 1740 metres
LIFE GETS BETTER – Held up for clear running rounding the home turn prior to obtaining a run in the sprint lane.
GLAMOUR FOX – Pre-race swab sampled. Post-race swab sampled.
BETTERTHANTHEBOYZ - Examined by the club veterinarian pre and post-race as it has had more than 200 race starts and was cleared of any significant abnormalities.
RACE 9 – THANK YOU HRNSW PACE – 1740 metres
ARTFUL DOLLAR – Tired over the concluding stages and was beaten by a considerable margin. Connections were advised the gelding would be required to perform one requalifying trial.
ALICES SWEETHEART NZ – Checked approaching the 400 metres from behind the tiring THE PRIVATE DEAL.
THE PRIVATE DEAL - Tired over the concluding stages to be beaten a considerable margin. A post-race veterinary examination of the filly revealed her to be suffering from a poor post-race recovery and it had an abnormal respiratory noise. Connections were advised the filly would be stood down from racing for a period of 14 days, they would be required to provide a Veterinary clearance prior to it resuming racing and it would be required to perform a requalifying trial.
EX ELLE – Raced roughly after the start. Post-race swab sampled.
UNDENIABLY NEEDY - Pre-race swab sampled.
BLUFOX - Placed back in the draw for future mobile start races.
