RACE 1 – WARRAWEE NEEDY STANDING AT YIRRIBEE 2YO TROTTERS FOUNDATION HEAT 5 – 1609 metres

CHIEF KENNY – Pre-race sample.

HAMPTON COURT – Out of position at the start and a warning was issued.

PONT DES ARTS – Out of position at the start and a warning was issued. Galloped clear of interference in the vicinity of the 500m. A warning was issued against the racing manners of the colt.

ARETE VIRTUE – Out of position at the start and a warning was issued.

IM FRANKEE – Post-race sample.

 

RACE 2 – WOODLANDS STUD TROTTERS STANDING START HANDICAP – 2300 metres

The start of this race was delayed due to a gear alteration being required on THEBESTBOURBON.

BENJI HALL – Pre-race sample. Galloped after the start when racing into the first turn. A warning was issued against the barrier manners. Trotted roughly before galloping clear of interference at the 800m. A warning was issued against the racing manners.

WYNBERG WATCH NZ – Galloped out at the start and will continue to be placed right outside the standing start barrier draw.

AFFAIRE DE COVER – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding starting in excess of 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities. Galloped out at the start and will continue to be placed outside the standing start barrier draw.

SHOULD BEABARCA – Galloped out at the start and will continue to be placed outside the standing start barrier draw.

VALTINO – Post-race sample.

CHIEF RUNNINGCLOUD – Held up for clear racing room until passing the 150m.

SUNNY GEE - Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding starting in excess of 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

 

RACE 3 – FARMER JOE’S CHICKEN PACE – 1609 metres

HYKEEPMEPOSTED – Driver A Delosa pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 168(1)(a) the particulars of the charge being that at the 400m when directing HYKEEPMEPOSTED wider on the track Miss Delosa allowed her runner to contact the near side sulky wheel of RAYS REDEMPTION. This movement resulted in HYKEEPMEPOSTED galloping, VESPA STRIDE, EXPLOSIVE BRONSKI being checked. WILLS WAY and BIRDY GAL were inconvenienced and shifted wider on the track. The licence to drive in races of Miss Delosa was suspended for a period of 7 Days with the suspension ordered to commence midnight 13 June 2026.

WILLS WAY – Inconvenienced at the 400m when HYKEEPMEPOSTED galloped.

EXPLOSIVE BRONKSI – Checked at the 400m when HYKEEPMEPOSTED galloped.

VESPA STRIDE – Checked at the 400m when HYKEEPMEPOSTED galloped.

BIRDY GAL – Inconvenienced at the 400m when HYKEEPMEPOSTED galloped.

RAYS REDEMPTION – Near side sulky wheel contacted at the 400m by HYKEEPMEPOSTED.

RACE 4 – STRONGHOLD FACILITY SERVICES 3YO PACE – 1609 metres

CONCILILATE – Trainer R Alchin was fined $50 under Rule 210 for the late driving notification of A Delosa as the driver the filly. Pre-race sample.

FORGET AND FORGIVE – Hung out and contacted the near side sulky wheel of EYE CAN EAR AMOUR at the 1300m.

EYE CAN EAR AMOUR – Post-race sample. Near side sulky wheel contacted at the 1300m when FORGET AND FORGIVE hung out.

 

RACE 5 – CONDELL PARK PRODUCE PACE – 1609 metres

ROMANEE NZ – Post-race sample.

WESTERN STYLE – Tightened for racing room at the 1300m when MIKI COHEN NZ was directed into a position in advance in the two-wide line.

MYTH YOU ALREADY – Pre-race sample.

MIKI COHEN NZ – Driver J Grimson was reprimanded under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for tightening the racing room of WESTERN STYLE at the 1300m.

 

RACE 6 – HYLAND HARNESS GEAR PACE – 1609 metres

BUZZ BOMB – Pre-race sample.

MAXO MIGHTY – Post-race sample.

 

RACE 7 – DM PLUMBING PACE – 1609 metres

CARLO GAMBINO – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding starting in excess of 200 race starts and being 12 years of age. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

LENNETH – Post-race sample.

ALTA SIERRA – Pre-race sample.

 

RACE 8 – DAHUA COMMUNITY PACE - 1609 metres

DESSIE GEE – Trainer D Aiken was fined $50 under Rule 210 for the late driving notification of C Geary as the driver of the gelding. Held up for clear racing room until passing the 200m.
