BRAGGING rights and a genuine claim for the title as the premier performer of their crop is up for grabs at Club Menangle this weekend.

Each boasting imposing records, quality fillies Comeandsee and Birdsong will clash in a Nutrien Equine New South Wales Breeders' Challenge Final during Saturday night's stellar program.
Successful in a Wagga-based heat before capturing a semi-final at Menangle last weekend, Comeandsee's tally sits on five wins from six starts for Victorian trainer Emma Stewart.
Prepared locally by KerryAnn Morris, Birdsong has won seven of her nine outings, with a second also in the mix.
Birdsong earned her berth in the Group 1 Final by securing a heat and semi at Club Menangle.
The duo met in The Protostar Slot Race at Albion Park on July 11, with Comeandsee claiming a minor victory by finishing fourth compared to Birdsong's seventh.
As for their pending encounter, Comeandsee has fared best in barrier two, with TAB Fixed Odds listing the daughter of Cattlewash as a $1.25 favourite.
"It is pretty much a perfect draw," Stewart said. "We were already confident before the draw, but now we think this is her race to lose.
"She's still got to get out there and get the job done, but the draw has certainly worked out in her favour."
The only other runner under double figures at $3.10, Birdsong has drawn gate 10 but slots into eight with the removal of the emergencies.
"Birdsong has drawn wide, but she is too good to underestimate," Stewart said. "Every filly in the Final has earned her spot, so they've all got to be treated with respect."
Aiming to join her dam on the series honour roll, Frith In Flight is on the third line of betting at $16 from barrier seven for respected trainer Bruce Harpley.
By Sweet Lou, the two-year-old is from former outstanding mare Frith which captured the 2013 Breeders' Challenge Final for three-year-old fillies and the 2014 Final for four-year-old mares.
