RACE 1 – DOWNLOAD THE TAB APP TODAY PACE – 1980 metres.

ZACHAROONI – Raced in restricted room over the concluding stages and could not be driven to the finish.

AGENT CALLAN – pre-race blood samples.

TERROR FLYING – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding was 1/5 lame in the near foreleg. Connections were advised that a stand down period of seven days would be applied.

LOOKAT MEE – post-race swab sample.

BLACKMIRRA – Pulled hard during the early and middle stages, then when attempting to improve inside the 400m was continually held up and after being unable to be driven forward was shifted to the outside of the field near the 200m to progress.

 

RACE 2 – MULTIQUIP REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT PACE – 1980 metres.

SUPERIOR ART – Pre-race blood sample. Hung in inside the 300 metres, shifted in abruptly, contacted the marker pegs, blundered and then raced roughly for a short distance.

NASHVILLE BART – Hung in when cornering.

YELLA – Raced in restricted room over the concluding stages.

IM BELIEBER – post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 3 – RENEW YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP PACE – 1980 metres.

COOGEE – Raced in restricted room rounding the home turn then was held up in the early part of the home straight.

JEREMY LOU – Sustained a flat tyre inside the 200 metres. Post-race swab sample.

POPS SECRET – Broke stride free of any external factors shortly after the start and galloped. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the gelding’s racing record. Weakened noticeably inside the 500 metres and tailed the field. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Connections were advised that prior to racing again, POPS SECRET must perform competitively in an official qualifying trial.

HEAVENLY TURBO – Pre-race blood sample. Hampered and obliged to shift slightly wider for a short distance inside the 200 metres when racing outside JEREMY LOU which shifted out to improve.

 

RACE 4 – HAZELL FAMILY OUR THOUGHTS LADYSHIP PACE – 1609 metres

BELLRIVERGIRL – Driver C Sutherland’s left foot dropped below the sulky rest momentarily passing the 500 metres when she was activating gear. When questioned in relation to the performance C Sutherland explained, that the mare failed to travel strongly at any stage and when placed under pressure inside the 500m was unresponsive, then weakened over the concluding stages which she attributed to fitness levels, with this being the mare’s first race start from a spell, despite pleasing the stable in a recent trial. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Connections were advised that a poor performance warning would be placed on the mare’s racing record.

ASCOT SHOWTIME – Hung out momentarily entering the back straight on the first occasion and locked wheels for a short distance with KATASTROPHEE which shifted in slightly at that time.

KATASTROPHEE – Shifted wider on the track when placed under pressure inside the 150 metres.

TABRA – Hung out during the score up and broke stride and was out of position when the start was affected. Trainer/driver Miss C McElhinney was advised that the mare would now be placed outside the mobile barrier draw.

EBBONY STORM – pre-race blood sample.

SAINT KARAMARA – post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 5 – RACING AND SPORTS ENHANCED FORM PACE – 1980 metres

NIGHT TO REMEMBER – Hung out during the score up and raced roughly in the latter stages and lost ground when the start was affected. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the mare’s racing record.

THE IRISH EAGLE – Gave ground over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

HE SAID SHE SAID – Passed required pre- and post-race veterinary examinations. Pulled hard during the early and middle stages.

OZZIE PEARL – pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 6 – BELL PARTNERS TAMWORTH PACE – 1609 metres

TIGERMAC – pre-race blood sample.

SONIC EXPRESS – Pre-race blood sample. Hampered and forced slightly wider passing the 400 metres when carried out by TIGERMAC which shifted out in search of clear running. Subsequently B Hughes the driver of TIGERMAC was reprimanded under AR 163(1)(a)(iii).

AVENGER NZ – Post-race swab sample.

CORAL CAYS – Broke stride and galloped for a short distance in the middle part of the score up. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the mare’s racing record.

THREE RIVERS NZ – Hung in passing the 350 metres and contacted marker pegs. Had difficulty obtaining clear running in the home straight and went to the finish without being fully tested.

MISTER CHEESE – Pulled hard during the early and middle stages.

ESCALERA NZ – Unable to obtain completely clear running in the home straight and went to the finish without being fully tested.

 

RACE 7 – 88.9 FM NEW ENGLAND NORTHWEST PACE – 1609 metres

DIDSHEDOIT NZ – Broke stride free of any external factors shortly after the start, shifted in abruptly and collided with METALLICA MAN which had to be checked severely and shifted in. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. trainer/driver Mr T Ison was advised that a warning for breaking stride would be placed on the mare’s racing record.

JAYJAYBENNY – pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

ARNIES ARMY NZ – Hampered and had to be shifted in abruptly shortly after the start when attempting to avoid both DIDSHEDOIT NZ and METALLICA MAN when they were checked.
