RACE 1 – CONDELL PARK PRODUCE TROTTERS MOBILE – 2300 metres

AFFAIRE DE COVER – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races.  These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.

CHIEF RUNNINGCLOUD – Broke shortly after the start and played no further competitive part in the event.  A warning was subsequently placed on the record of the gelding. 

ITZFERGIETIME – Driver Robert Morris was questioned regarding the performance of the mare which finished in 8th placing beaten 33 metres ($8.00).  Mr Morris explained in his opinion the mare was not suited to the longer distance of 2300 metres.  A post-race veterinary examination of ITZFERGIETIME revealed the mare to be mildly lame in the off foreleg and consequently ITZFERGIETIME will now be stood down from racing until a veterinary clearance is provided.

G O A T USA – Pre-race blood sample. 

SUNNY GEE – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races.  These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.

ALPHA STRIDE – Out of position at the start and will continue to be placed outside the draw in future mobile start events.  Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 2 – FOR A REASON STANDING AT COBBITTY EQUINE FARM PACE – 1609 metres

MYRTLE MAY – Pre-race blood sample.  

JETASI NZ – Post-race swab sample.

FORGIVE AND FORGET – Driver Joshua Gallagher was questioned regarding the performance of the filly which finished in 7th placing beaten 22 metres ($2.10 fav).  Mr Gallagher advised that the combination of the quick first half (55.7),  FORGIVE AND FORGET being first up in today’s event since June 2026 and the filly being positioned without cover told on FORGIVE AND FORGET over the concluding stages. Reincluded in the mobile barrier draw.

 

RACE 3 – NUTRIEN EQUINE NSW BREEDERS CHALLENGE 3YO COLTS AND GELDINGS HEAT – ROUND 1 – 1609 metres

CLASSIC CHIP – Paced roughly during the middle stages of the score up.  Hung in and contacted marker pegs passing the 300 metres.

ALERT BAY – Pre-race warm up.

LOUCASSO – Pre-race blood sample.  Post-race swab sample. 

 

RACE 4 – FARMER JOES CHICKEN PACE – 1609 metres

KELLOSHIEL – Post-race swab sample. 

EXPLOSIVE BROKSKI – Pre-race blood sample. 

 

RACE 5 – NUTRIEN EQUINE NSW BREEDERS CHALLENGE 3YO FILLIES HEAT – ROUND 1 – 1609 metres

HIGHINDELIGHT – It was noted at the completion of the event the gelding had dropped its off side knee boot.

FAKE FRIENDS – An inquiry was adjourned into the driving tactics adopted by driver Jason Grimson and his failure to attend the inquiry as required. This inquiry has been scheduled for Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

ONE MORE REASON – Broke passing the 800 metres.  A warning was issued.

STRIPES – Pre-race blood sample.  Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 6 – SYDNEY FREEZERS PACE – 1609 metres

OUR UNCLE JIM – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races.  These examinations did not reveal any significant findings. 

RUMOUR STRIDE – Locked wheels passing the 200 metres momentarily with SPIRIT OF ARION NZ which was inconvenienced as a consequence.

ROCLEA IMAGE – Post-race swab sample.

SPIRIT OF ARION NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Locked wheels with RUMOUR STRIDE passing the 200 metres and was inconvenienced as a consequence.

FLO RYDA NZ – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races.  These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.  Over raced during the middle stages.

BLACKJACK BART – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races.  These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.  Over raced during the middle stages.  Hung in under pressure passing the 400 metres.

IM ALRITE – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races.  These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.  Held up inside the final 100 metres.

 

RACE 7 – MULTIQUIP AGGREGATES PACE – 1609 metres

ROMANEE NZ – Pre-race blood sample. 

RED REACTOR NZ – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races.  These examinations did not reveal any significant findings. 

ANDRETTI – Driver Cameron Hart was questioned regarding the performance of the gelding which finished in 2nd placing beaten 5 metres ($1.50 fav).  Mr Hart explained he made early use of ANDRETTI to obtain the lead and given the mile rate of 1:52:0 he was content with the performance of ANDRETTI.  A post-race veterinary examination of ANDRETTI failed to reveal any significant findings.
